- Full refund or exchange issued after inspection
Change of Mind / Course Adjustments
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- A 15% restocking fee is applied
- Use a trackable method for return shipping
Refund Timeline
- Refunds issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of approved inspection
Rejected Returns
